Accident, Illness and Basic Life Support Workshop (4 hours)

This 4-hour workshop will provide the skills needed to confidently deal with a range of medical emergencies and injuries that might occur both inside and outside of the home.

• Planning for emergencies,
• Choking,
• CPR
• Head injuries
• Severe bleeding
• Colds and burns
• Asthma
• Allergies
• Anaphylaxis.
